Area Attractions

The Southern Coast of Maine has miles of sandy beaches including Ogunquit Beach, Footbridge Beach, as well as beaches just to the north in Wells and Moody and to the south in York.



Several local beaches are close to Colonial Village Resort. Take a trolley, or take a row boat from the property to Ogunquit Beach, depending on the tides.

Besides the beautiful beaches the Ogunquit area has some very special places to visit including Ogunquit Village, Perkins Cove and Marginal Way.

At Perkins Cove in Ogunquit there's great shopping, restaurants or hop onboard a tour boat.



Take the Ogunquit Trolley around the area. There is a trolley stop right at the Colonial Village Resort! Climb on board and let the trolley take you around the area, to the beaches, or just for a ride.
